The Great Federation is one of three alliance types available when creating an alliance in Project Rebearth. It focuses on production and security, boosting all resource production and reducing raid risk, at the expense of lower taxation income.

Effects

[edit]

All members of a Great Federation receive the following bonuses:

Effect Multiplier Description
Raid risk ×0.8 Reduces the probability of Raid events by 20%
All production ×1.1 Increases output of all production buildings by 10%
Taxation ×0.8 Reduces The Coin resource icon on Project Rebearth Coin income from Taxation by 20%

Details

[edit]

When a player creates an alliance, they choose one of three alliance types: Trade Alliance, Great Federation, or Science League. The chosen type determines the passive bonuses applied to all members of the alliance. Great Federation has no enactment cost and no lock duration.

The Great Federation provides a straightforward production-and-safety package. All buildings that produce resources, from Woodcutters and Fisheries to Bakeries, Refineries, and Universities, operate at 110% of their normal output. At the same time, the probability of Raid events is reduced by 20%, giving settlements more breathing room when storage is near capacity.

The trade-off is a 20% reduction in The Coin resource icon on Project Rebearth Coin income from Taxation. Settlements that rely heavily on tax revenue to fund Towers, Universities, or Museums will need to generate The Coin resource icon on Project Rebearth Coin through other means, such as Taverns or the Market.

Strategy

[edit]

Great Federation is the most balanced alliance type, appealing to players who want a reliable boost to their economy without introducing new vulnerabilities. The 10% production bonus applies universally, benefiting every resource chain equally. The Wood resource icon on Project Rebearth Wood, The Stone resource icon on Project Rebearth Stone, The Earth resource icon on Project Rebearth Earth, The Food resource icon on Project Rebearth Food, refined goods, and even The Knowledge resource icon on Project Rebearth Knowledge generation all see increased output.

The reduced raid risk is particularly valuable for settlements with large Warehouse networks or those operating near storage capacity. Players who would otherwise need extra Towers to manage raid frequency can save on defense spending, partially offsetting the taxation penalty.

Compared to the Trade Alliance, which excels at commerce but increases raid risk, or the Science League, which accelerates research but penalizes production, the Great Federation suits players who want steady, broad-based economic growth with fewer disruptions.
