The Great Federation provides a straightforward production-and-safety package. All buildings that produce resources, from Woodcutters and Fisheries to Bakeries, Refineries, and Universities, operate at 110% of their normal output. At the same time, the probability of Raid events is reduced by 20%, giving settlements more breathing room when storage is near capacity.
