== Strategy ==
Worker Safety is a strong defensive choice for established towns where production capacity exceeds demand. The 80% reduction in accident rate virtually eliminates workplace accidents, which can otherwise disrupt production and reduce [[Happiness]]. The +10% happiness bonus further stabilizes the town.

The trade-off is meaningful: a 20% reduction in {{Icon|Wood}}, {{Icon|Stone}}, and {{Icon|Earth}} production and a 10% reduction in {{Icon|Food}} production.
