The Center is the starting building in every new town. It serves as the initial hub, providing basic housing and storage for all resources.
Overview
The Center provides housing for 10 people and stores up to 5,000 units of all resources. It has no construction cost, as it is placed automatically when a new town is founded.
It consumes -4 
Food per day to sustain its residents. This rate is the same across all biomes.
The Center can be upgraded to a Square, which doubles storage capacity to 10,000 and adds Coin production.
